Tandoori chicken pizza is a fusion dish that combines the traditional flavors of Indian tandoori chicken with the convenience and popularity of pizza. It is a flavorful and delicious dish that is easy to make at home with the following recipe:

Ingredients: For the pizza dough:

  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 package active dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

For the tandoori chicken:

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons tandoori masala

  1. To make the pizza dough, combine the warm water, yeast, and sugar in a large mixing bowl. Let the mixture sit for 5-10 minutes, or until it becomes foamy.
